Booth Set-up

20′ x 10′ booth

All 20′ x 10′ expo booths will be equipped with 2 6′ exhibitor tables, 2 tablecloths, 4 chairs, general wifi, and 2 power strips.

10′ x 10′ booth

All 10′ x 10′ expo booths will be equipped with a 6′ exhibitor table, 1 tablecloth, 2 chairs, general wifi, and 1 power strip.

7.5′ x 10′ booth

All 7.5′ x 10′ expo booths will be equipped with a 6′ exhibitor table, 1 tablecloth, 2 chairs, general wifi, and 1 power strip.

24″ round startup demo table

All startup demo tables will be equipped with a bar-high round, general wifi, and 1 power strip.

I’m a confirmed Hirepalooza exhibitor. What do you need from me?

What kind of pass should exhibitors register for?

Sponsors should register for a Pro Pass using the comp code in their welcome email. Pro Passes include access to all Hirepalooza conference sessions and events throughout the week.

As an exhibitor, how many passes do we get?

The number of passes available for your team will be specified in your welcome email. You may register for these comp passes using the comp code or link provided in the welcome email.

When will the expo floorplan be available and can we pre-select our space?

The expo floor plan will be released three weeks before the conference. Unless specified in your sponsorship package, all space selections will be made by the Hirepalooza team.

Where can we find booth shipping information?

Freight Shipping and Booth Delivery information is available in the Exhibitor Resources Guide.

You will NOT be permitted to ship booth items directly to Bespoke and you will not be able to use the loading dock unless an additional form of insurance is submitted.

How many chairs come with my expo table?

10×10 booths will have 2 chairs. 7 1/2 x 10 booths will have 2 chairs. Startup demo tables do not have chairs.

How many power strips will my exhibitor table get?

10′x10′ booths will come with one powerstrips. 7.5′x10′ booths and startup demo tables will come with one powerstrip. Additional power may be ordered through the Additional AV Order Form as outlined in the Exhibitor Resources Guide.

Does my exhibitor table come with Wifi?

All exhibitors will have access to free public wifi in the venue. Exclusive wifi and additional ethernet cables will be available for purchase. Please refer to the additional Wifi & Power order forms outlined in the Exhibitor Resources Guide.

Does my booth come with signage?

All booths will be marked with a company name and booth number. The Hirepalooza team will not provide additional signage.

Will lunch be included for all exhibitors?

Unless specified in your exhibitor package, lunch will not be included. There will not be a concessions stand or food on-site.

Do exhibitors have access to the Hirepalooza attendee list?

Unless specified in your exhibitor package, exhibitors do not have access to the Hirepalooza attendee list.

Do exhibitors have access to the Hirepalooza press list?

Unless specified in your sponsorship package, exhibitors do not have access to the Hirepalooza press list.

Can exhibitors send collateral to be included in the Hirepalooza conference bag?

You may only send collateral to be included in the Hirepalooza conference bag if it is specified in your exhibitor package. All inserts should be sent to:
